Constitutional Review Mechanisms in the Arab Region: A Comparative Study
Abstract
This study compares constitutional review models in the region by appointment method, degree of independence, and the effect of rulings on subsequent legislation. It shows that a court’s independence is measured by the fate of its rulings, not by the text that founded it.
