The Arab Voice in International Organisations: From Presence to Influence
Abstract
This study assesses Arab instruments of influence within multilateral organisations, separating political representation from the technical representation in the committees where standards are drafted. It shows the real gap lies in the latter, and proposes a long-term secondment programme to close it.
